Technical Institute in Commercial Engineering and Drafting Technology
Jim spent about 13 years as a Mechanical Designer. He first spent 3
years in Research and Development designing aircraft instruments and
then over 10 years also in Research and development designing surgical
instruments. Jim then entered another field that put his education to
good use in the new construction and foundation repair industry.
Holding positions in every aspect of the industry from field work,
management and sales helped him gain a great understanding for
construction methods, materials and practices on many types of
structures. The transition into real estate lets Jim put that knowledge to
work for his clients. Jim is extremely dedicated to helping to educate
and inform his clients in order to give them all the information that
they might need to make the right decisions and accomplish their goals!
Having grown up and raising 2 children in the New Port Richey area he
